Austeck is committed to its clients' long-term needs by supporting what it sells, and has the resources, skills and knowledge to be able to provide commitments and guarantees.
We have dedicated service facilities in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth with all personnel trained and certified in the service and maintenance of the equipment. All our workshops are properly manned and equipped, and cater specifically for the technology we sell. Established clients enjoy the benefits of scheduled maintenance, priority service and reduced rates on both parts and labour as we pride ourselves not only on our workmanship but our clients' satisfaction.
Austeck carries in excess of $1,000,000.00 worth of spare parts, and on the vast majority of items can guarantee delivery within 2 working days. All service work including major overhauls and work under warranty take place our regional centres to ensure quality of workmanship and keep customer downtime to an absolute minimum. For general maintenance, Austeck will provide all the necessary training, specifications, tools and schematics for its clients to undertake such work themselves.
